Thank you so much for your interest in being our VIP Talent at the FanGrrrl Romance Recs Premier Book Signing Event, taking place at Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs in beautiful Orlando, Florida on September 11 & 12, 2026!
If you’re here, it’s because you’re wondering how you can join us as an industry professional (narrators, models, photographers, graphic designers, etc.)
Please know this submission does not guarantee a VIP Talent Invitation to the September 2026 FanGrrrl Romance Recs Premier Book Signing Event.
All questions (for the respective form below) are required for consideration. After submission of the form, an email will be automatically sent with the information submitted confirming its receipt (please check your spam.) If an invitation is offered, you will be notified via email from events@fangrrrlromancerecs.com. The invitations will include a link to a commitment form for the event. Once committed, an email will be sent with information from the commitment form, as well as the room block at the venue.
After all spots have been filled, we will utilize this interest form as a VIP Talent waitlist.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
* Maximum amount of tables = 116
* Maximum amount of attendees = 1,150
* There will be a room block with discounted rate of $179 + Discounted Hotel Fees & Taxes a night, and other hotel perks. Hilton has agreed to honor this rate 3 days before, during the event, and 3 days after the event dates.
* Venue is a Disney Resort with a pedestrian sky bridge to Disney Springs
* VIP Events include: Two-day book signing, Exclusive Cocktail Hour, Authors Panel, and Ball/After Party (Theme TBD)

So what is VIP Talent? VIP Talent is our FanGrrrl term for Industry Professionals such as narrators, models, photographers, graphic artists, aka VIP Talent!
There are two different ways VIP Talent can attend the signing:
1) With an Attending Author (At Author’s Request)
2) Purchasing a VIP Talent Table

PURCHASING A VIP TALENT TABLE
You can purchase a table at the event. VIP Talent tables will be sprinkled in with the Vendor tables in the foyer, just outside of the signing ballroom. This area is accessible to the public.
Table Fee (for second option) Includes:
– One 6 ft table in 8 x 10 space (Grand Ballroom or International Ballroom Foyer, near signing authors and will be accessible to the public, as it is a non-ticketing area)
– No pipe & drape, as it will block sunlight in foyer (foyer has floor to ceiling windows)
– Black linen tablecloth
– Waste basket & water bottle
– Two-day book signing
– One VIP Talent ticket access to events including Cocktail Hour, Authors Panel, and Ball/After Party. ‘Small sessions’ are excluded. Ticket is for the VIP Talent’s specific use and cannot be given to an attendee.
– Only 2 chairs per table
– One assistant allowed at table. Assistant will have access to all book signing events, however an add-on ticket is required for other events including Cocktail Hour, Authors Panel, and Ball/After Party.
VIP Talent Assistant Add-on ticket available for $275 + FEES:
– One VIP Talent Assistant Add-on ticket (access is equivalent to the VIP Attendee Ticket at a discounted rate)
– Access to all VIP events, including, Cocktail Hour, Authors Panel, and Ball/After Party. ‘Small sessions’ and Author’s Luncheon are excluded.
– Ticket is for the VIP Talent’s specific use and cannot be given to an attendee
