Thank you so much for your interest in the FanGrrrl Romance Recs Premier Book Signing Event, taking place at Hilton Orlando (Partner of Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld® Orlando) in beautiful Orlando, Florida over Labor Day Weekend – Friday September 3rd & Saturday September 4th, 2027!
Please know this submission does not guarantee an invitation to the September 2027 FanGrrrl Romance Recs Premier Book Signing Event.
All questions below are required for consideration. After submission of this form, an email will be automatically sent with the information submitted and confirming its receipt (please check your spam.) If an invitation is offered, you will be notified via email from events@fangrrrlromancerecs.com. The invitations will include a link to a commitment form for the event.
After all spots have been filled, we will utilize this interest form as an author waitlist.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
* There is a table fee of $425 + FEES, paid through PayPal Invoice
* Maximum amount of tables = 115
* Maximum amount of attendees = 1,500
* Authors receive first pick of room block with discounted rate of $175 + Discounted Hotel Fees & Taxes a night, and other hotel perks. Hilton has agreed to honor this rate 3 days before, during the event, and 3 days after the event dates.
* Venue is a Partner of Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld® Orlando with shuttles to all affiliated parks of Universal and SeaWorld
* Venue is located 1 MILE from Universal’s NEW theme park: Epic Universe!
* Venue has a lazy river, 2 large pools, full-service spa and salon, and a state-of-the-art fitness center
* Events include: Two-day book signing, Authors Gathering TBD (Food & Beverage included), Exclusive Cocktail Hour, Author Panels, Small Sessions (TBD), and Ball/After Party (Theme TBD)
Table Fee Includes:
– One 6 ft table in 8 x 10 space with Pipe & Draping
– Black linen tablecloth
– Waste basket & water bottle
– Two-day book signing
– One Author ticket access to all events including Authors Gathering TBD (Food & Beverage included), Exclusive Cocktail Hour, Author Panels, and Ball/After Party. ‘Small sessions’ are excluded, as they occur during the signing itself. Ticket is for the author’s specific use and cannot be given to an attendee.
– Only 2 chairs per table
– One assistant allowed at table for FREE. Assistant will have access to all book signing events, however an add-on ticket is required for events outside of signing hours including Authors Gathering TBD (Food & Beverage included), Exclusive Cocktail Hour, Author Panels, and Ball/After Party.
Assistant Add-on ticket available for $275 + FEES:
– One Assistant Add-on ticket available for each author
– Access to all events, including Authors Gathering TBD (Food & Beverage included), Exclusive Cocktail Hour, Authors Panels, and Ball/After Party. ‘Small sessions’ are excluded, as they occur during the signing itself.
– Ticket is for the author’s specific use and cannot be given to an attendee
Timeline:
All invitations will be sent prior to July 2026, as the official line-up will be announced directly following the completion of our September 2026 event. If you have not heard from us prior to July 2026 and need a response to help with planning your 2027 events, please email us and we will give a status update.
Please know: we have a reading team that reads at least a sample from every author who submits interest in order to help with the selection process. If they enjoy the book, at a minimum, they will anonymously recommend the book in our FanGrrrl reader groups, as we genuinely love to support authors and books.
