FanGrrrl 💋 Romance Recs (Urban Fantasy, Romantasy, & Paranormal Romance!) Books recommended in this FB group are those with supernatural, paranormal OR fantasy elements… AND romance! Therefore, the three main genres (but not the ONLY genres) are Urban Fantasy, Romantasy, and Paranormal Romance. Recommendations vary from clean romance to steamy, light to dark, and have all sorts of love interest combinations from M/F to Why Choose. We LOVE romance… so books talked about in this group have fantastic romantic plotlines, whether they be the main plotline or a subplotine.
FanGrrrl 🖤 Romance Recs After Dark 🔥 (Edgy Contemp Romance & Why Choose!) Books recommended in this FB group are contemporary romance books with human-only characters and the plotlines are edgy (not your typical contemporary romance hallmark type books!) The After Dark 🔥 actually refers to spice, not dark gothic romance. Although, the spice may vary from graphic to non-graphic … the books recommended in the group contain some form of spice and are not fade-to-black, clean romance, or closed door romance. Frequent recommendations include Mafia, Rockstar, Billionaire, Motorcycle Club, Stalker, Sports, and Gothic Romance. We love them all!
FanGrrrl 💗 Romance Recs Authors Corner (UF, Fantasy, PNR, Contemp Romance) This is a group for Writers/Authors from FanGrrrl Romance Recs groups… where author related posts may not have been allowed in the reader groups (as the readers groups focus on great book recs,) but are allowed here. This is a positive place for Authors to post whatever they want during their writing process. Some ideas for posts are: daily word counts, status & progress updates, author-to-author questions, writer’s block brainstorming, and/or plot twist conundrums.
