Booking within our Room Block!
We will have a room block at the venue! However, a limited number of rooms are available in the block, and there is no guarantee all ticket holders will be able to secure a room in the block.
When you purchase your ticket, the room block reservation link will be on the confirmation email from Eventbrite. The link will also be posted in our book event group after tickets go on sale.
We do have early access sales (prior to when official tickets go on sale, August 1, 2025) and you can sign-up to receive a chance to grab an early access ticket! To sign up for FanGrrrl Early Access, you can find the form in either our Facebook Book Event group (pinned to the Featured section) or we will email it to you via our Newsletter subscription (as long as you sign-up prior to early access sales beginning on Friday, July 25, 2025)!

* Please know: if you plan to stay at the venue, it’s important to book through the room block reservation link in order to secure the discount rate (if rooms are available in the block). Not only is it a better deal for you, but it helps the venue understand the demand for our event. If no rooms are available in the block, check back on the reservation link, as cancellations may occur, or more rooms may be released.

The sprawling promenade features 4 distinct neighborhoods―The Landing, Marketplace, West Side and Town Center. Our venue hotel is connected to Disney Springs Marketplace neighborhood by a skybridge. It’s a wonderful place to squeeze in some of that Disney magic while attending our 2026 FanGrrrl Romance Recs Premier Book Signing Event.
