I finished reading ‘Savage Fae,’ Book 2 of Ruthless Boys of the Zodiac (RB) by Caroline Peckham Susanne Valenti and I think this may have been EVEN BETTER than Book 1 😲👏🏻! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE ?!? (FYI, I’m not affiliated with the author, not in the book biz, reading is just a HOBBY, and I’m just a regular reader that is super passionate 💗 about spreading the word on GREAT books!) There are NO MAJOR spoilers 🙌🏻!
OK ✅! Soooooooo much happened in this book 🤯! I kid you not! I started making notes ✍️ as I was reading it to keep it all straight and I have over 30 bullets 📝 😲! THAT IS A LOT of movement in a plotline 🙌🏻! It was CRAZY GREAT 🤩🤩🤩!
First off 👆🏻! This book opened up with some edge-of-your-seat DRAMA 🎭 ! So FREAKING GOOD 😍! Our girl may have found her sassy self in just a T-Shirt 👕 and in certain rough spot (errr… definitely between a rock 🪨 and a hard place.. cough 🤭 cough 🤭, or otherwise known as a biker 🏍 barstool!) And let me tell you, when she had to ‘phone 📞 a friend’… I WAS DYING 😂. I was on PINS and NEEDLES 🪡 for a certain 🐍 to show up! It was full on DRAMA 🎭 and I LOVED ❤️ IT! And then, right after that SCRUMPTIOUS 🤩 encounter… the comedy hits us in FULL FORCE with our PHILANTHROPIST 🦁!
YOU GUYS! I’m NEVER gonna get over the MINDYs 😆! SO FREAKING FUNNY 🤣! This book made me ADORE 😍 this guy EVEN MORE and every single time a Mindy would race 🏃🏻♀️ around campus on some CRAZY 🤪 A$S errand for this CHARASMATIC 🥰 guy, I would cackle to myself 😅. Soooooo good 👏🏻. These little scenes are sprinkled throughout this whole book & will definitely keep you chuckling 🤭! OMG 😱!!! The tats!!!! The Mindy offering to have TATS to step in if needed as a certain bad boy 🐍 … LMAO 😂. Too much 🤣🤣🤣! Seriously, a huge HIGHLIGHT of this book was how much I enjoyed this guy and his PRIDE 🦁! So much so, I was eating dinner one night at a local Mom & Pop, and they were giving a free drink 🍺 to anyone named MINDY (I kid you not 😅!) and I had to take a pic & share in the author’s group!! Too freaking funny 😆!
So not only was there REALLY great comedy, there was some REALLY great HEAT ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥! Freaking-A! Pitball practice clean-up 🛀 time will NEVER BE THE SAME 🥵🥵🥵! And OMG… talk about cutting off your NOSE 👃🏻 to spite your FACE!!! WHAT WERE OUR BOYS THINKING with a certain PACT 🤝?!! LMAO 😂 ! Thank the LORD our MC’s can get CREATIVE 👀🍆🥵! 🤣🤣🤣
But like… SOOOO MUCH was revealed about the plotline 🙌🏻! Yes, there is still A LOT of MYSTERY 🔎 left about that INFAMOUS day of the METEOR 💫 SHOWER. But we learned 🥸 SO MUCH too!! And we weren’t the ONLY ones to learn it 😉😁! Mannnnnn there’s always yin and yang in books and this is NO exception! Just as we take two steps forward 🏃🏻♀️ with a certain winged fella, we have to take one step… heck maybe three back 🚷! I’m a fan of this guy and I KNOW everything MUST work out eventually 😩… butttt these authors are definitely keeping us on TENDER hooks 🪝! Our girl ain’t taking no CRAP ✋🏻, that’s FOR SURE 😅! Our boy is gonna have to step it up (HONESTY is the BEST policy 😇) and I cannot WAIT for when it happens 👏🏻! CUZ I WANNA KNOW, DANG IT! 😆😆😆 And NOT ONLY do we find out more about the main MYSTERY 🔎, but we ALSO learn more about one of our boys 🐍 in particular! And I think I speak on behalf of our girl and well, EVERYONE reading with me, a certain FEMALE OSCURA better WATCH OUT 😡! Cuz she is gonna GO DOWN FOR her BOX of GARAGE crimes!!! VENGEANCE is SWEET BABY … and I can’t WAIT for it 👏🏻👊🏻🙌🏻!
And just when I thought this book couldn’t be packed with EVEN MORE GREATNESS 🥰…. I mean not only do we get burner phones 📱, flash-drives 💻 , kink ⛓ clubs, visits to family dinners w/slight of hand under the table theft 🦹♀️, stalker (sorry, not Haunting 👻 Adeline levels but its definitely still there 🙌🏻!,) people who we have no idea how tall/short/gender they are, screaming on desks 💋, the MINDYs… we get a COMPLETELY AWESOME 🤩 ENDING that I DID NOT SEE COMING 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻! So watch out 👀! West Side Story it up folks 👊🏻! Because this definitely has an ending that SAVEGLY COMBUSTS 💥!
