Registration is open beginning Thursday afternoon for check-in and all day Friday and Saturday.

VIP Meet & Greet

The VIP Meet & Greet is sponsored by our amazing Silver Sponsors, C.R. Jane, April L. Moon, Author, GN Wright, Jamie Applegate Hunter, Liv Zander, Merri Bright, & Ari Wright … and all of the Authors & Vendors are invited!  Authors register a few hours earlier & start setting up their tables a few hours later, so we planned the VIP Meet & Greet so that they would drop in to say Hi 👋🏻 between registration & setting up their tables in the ballroom (which is right next to the meet and greet).  This VIP Meet and Greet is exclusive to the VIP FanGrrrl ticket tier.

Friday 9:00 AM Author Panels

This morning panels are sponsored by our Gold Tier Sponsors, Annabel Chase, B.M. Clemton, GK DeRosa, Heather Renee, Jen L. Grey, Reece Barden, and Samantha Britt / Britt McKenna, and also includes exclusive author panels. There are three panels per hour, totaling six panels. Each panel contains a Gold Sponsor and two additional authors (not determined yet). Both VIP and Ultimate Attendee tiers can attend.

Friday 1:00PM Signing

This four hour General Admission signing is included in VIP, Ultimate, FanGrrrl, and A La Carte Friday ticket tiers! All authors will be in attendance.

During the signing hours, at the top of each hour, LIVE interviews will occur with our Bronze Tier Sponsors, Alisha Williams, C.J. Laurence, Heather D. Grace, Heather K. Carson, Heather Long, Julie Trettel, K.A. Knight, Liv Zander, Maggie Brown, Victoria Clapton, and Violet Fox. These are 20 minute interviews that are streamed on all FanGrrrl platforms… but we’re going to allow VIPs in the room to watch! VIPs will sign-up for up to a certain number of LIVE interviews ahead of time. The interviewers will be either Rebecca Dixon, FanGrrrl Romance Recs Founder, or one of the VIP Influencers!

VIP Cocktail Hour

VIP Cocktail Hour will be with the FanGrrrl Celebrity Author’s Panel panelists, Letty Frame, Chandelle LaVaun, LJ Andrews, Lexi C. Foss, Hannah Haze, & Regine Abel, plus four more authors yet TBA. All of the Authors and Vendors are invited!  There also will be complimentary specialty drink themed after our Platinum and Diamond sponsors on the panel! This cocktail hour is exclusive to the VIP FanGrrrl ticket tier.

Red Carpet

VIP Influencer Interviews with the Celebrity Panelists, Letty Frame, Chandelle LaVaun, Hannah Haze, Lexi C. Foss / A.C. Kramer, LJ Andrews, and Regine Abel, plus four additional authors TBA. This event is exclusive to the VIP FanGrrrl ticket tier and is sponsored by our Diamond Sponsors, Chandelle LaVaun, Hannah Haze, Lexi C. Foss / A.C. Kramer, LJ Andrews, and Regine Abel. Panelists will be interviewed by the VIP Influencers, and VIPs can be in that area to watch the interviews and take pictures 📸🎥!

FanGrrrl Celebrity Author Panel

Celebrity Panel with Letty Frame, Chandelle LaVaun, Hannah Haze, Lexi C. Foss / A.C. Kramer, LJ Andrews, and Regine Abel, plus four additional authors TBA (three are based on the voice of the attendees via Eventbrite questionnaire and polls). This event is exclusive to the VIP, Ultimate, and FanGrrrl ticket tiers and is sponsored by our Diamond Sponsors, Chandelle LaVaun, Hannah Haze, Lexi C. Foss / A.C. Kramer, LJ Andrews, and Regine Abel. There will be two panels, back-to-back, in a large ballroom. Panelists Assistants’ will be selling their books.

Saturday 9:00AM Fast-burn Signing

The “Fast-burn” part of the signing name was coined as a fun romance head nod to Disney’s Fastpass (since this is a Official Walt Disney Hotel!) The Fast-burn three hour signing is exclusive to VIP and Ultimate FanGrrrl tiers of ticketing. All authors will be in attendance. Due to the limited number of attendees, VIP and Ultimate ticket tiers should receive greater access to authors than the General Admission signings.

Hollywood Glam Themed Ball and FanGrrrl Awards

The Hollywood Glam Themed Ball includes a DJ with dancefloor, Pixel Light show programmed by Rebecca Dixon, FanGrrrl Romance Recs Founder (TBD as it’s based on venue agreement, but if it can be done… trust us, Rebecca will do it! Check out her residential light show on TT!), Dessert stations, Cash Bar and an Awards ceremony to highlight authors and FanGrrrls! This ball is exclusive to the VIP, Ultimate, and A La Carte Hollywood Glam Ball ticket tiers. The ball is sponsored by our Main Event Sponsor– Letty Frame!
