Prior to the Celebrity Author Panel we have the Cocktail Hour, which is a VIP exclusive, in Palm Foyer East; this runs from 6.30PM – 7PM.

The Red Carpet Experience is in Palm Foyer North, from 6.30PM – 8PM and is also a VIP exclusive.

General entry for the Celebrity Author Panel is at 7.30PM in the Palm Ballroom; the first panel begins at 8PM. There will be two panels each with 5 authors, back-to-back, in the Palm Ballroom. Panelists Assistants’ will be selling their books at these panels.

Please be aware the Celebrity Author Panel will have flashing lights and strobe effects.
