Authors and Vendors with long lines will be utilizing a wristband system and will be known as a “Ticketed Author/Vendor”.

Ticketed Authors/Vendors will have a volunteer coordinator (who will be wearing a FanGrrrl Romance Recs Volunteer Shirt) that will hand out wristbands to attendees. Each author/vendor will have a different color wristband, and each wristband will have a number. Numbers to each line will be updated on an online document- which you can check on your phone wherever you are in the building- or you can ask a volunteer to look up the number if you’re having connectivity issues.

We will be utilizing a Ticketed Author/Vendor wristband system so you don’t have to spend large amounts of time waiting in line; instead, you can visit more authors, as we only allow a limited number of attendees in a Ticketed Authors/Vendors line at one time.

Please go to a ticketed authors/vendors booth, and a volunteer will hand you a ticket. On the map, ticketed authors/vendors are highlighted with a pink star; however, if an authors line gets busy, we may add an author to this list, and this will be updated here.
