Thank you so much for your interest in being a Vendor at the FanGrrrl Romance Recs Premier Book Signing Event, taking place at Hilton Orlando (Partner of Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld® Orlando) in beautiful Orlando, Florida over Labor Day Weekend – Friday September 3rd & Saturday September 4th, 2027! 

Please know this submission does not guarantee a Vendor Invitation to the September 2027 FanGrrrl Romance Recs Premier Book Signing Event.

All questions below are required for consideration.  After submission of this form, an email will be automatically sent with the information submitted confirming its receipt (please check your spam.) If an invitation is offered, you will be notified via email from events@fangrrrlromancerecs.com.  The invitations will include a link to a commitment form for the event.  Once committed, an email will be sent with information from the commitment form, as well as the room block at the venue.

After all spots have been filled, we will utilize this interest form as a vendor waitlist.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
* There is a table fee of $425 + FEES, paid through PayPal Invoice
* Maximum amount of tables = 115
* Maximum amount of attendees = 1,500
* There will be a room block with discounted rate of $179 + Discounted Hotel Fees & Taxes a night, and other hotel perks. Hilton has agreed to honor this rate 3 days before, during the event, and 3 days after the event dates.
* Venue is a Partner of Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld® Orlando with shuttles to all affiliated parks of Universal and SeaWorld
*Venue is located 1 MILE from Universal’s NEW theme park: Epic Universe!
* Venue has a lazy river, 2 large pools, full-service spa and salon, and a state-of-the-art fitness center
* VIP Events include: Two-day book signing, Exclusive Cocktail Hour, Authors Panel, and Ball/After Party (Theme TBD)

Table Fee Includes:
– One 6 ft table in 8 x 10 space (Vendor tables will be set in the Foyer, near signing authors)
– No pipe & drape, as it will block sunlight in foyer (foyer has floor to ceiling windows)
– Black linen tablecloth
– Waste basket & water bottle
– Two-day book signing
– One Vendor ticket access to events including Cocktail Hour, Authors Panel, and Ball/After Party. ‘Small sessions’ are excluded, as they occur during the vendor marketplace. Ticket is for the vendor’s specific use and cannot be given to an attendee.
– Only 2 chairs per table
– One assistant allowed at table. Assistant will have access to all book signing events, however an add-on ticket is required for other events including Cocktail Hour, Authors Panel, and Ball/After Party.

Vendor Assistant Add-on ticket available for $275 + FEES:
 – One Vendor Assistant Add-on ticket (access is equivalent to the VIP Attendee Ticket and at a discounted rate) available for each author
– Access to all events, including, Cocktail Hour, Authors Panel, and Ball/After Party. ‘Small sessions’ are excluded, as they occur during the vendor marketplace.
– Ticket is for the vendor’s specific use and cannot be given to an attendee
