IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COMMITMENT
Please submit the form below within 1 week of receiving the official invitation email in order to secure your place at the FanGrrrl Romance Recs Premier Book Signing Event, taking place at Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs in beautiful Orlando, Florida on September 11 & 12, 2026. If this timeline is not met (and we have not heard from you as to why,) the invitation expires as we are trying to fill our team of influencers in a timely manner. Thank you in advance for understanding!
Upon submission of this commitment form, an email is automatically sent confirming its receipt (please check your spam folder.) FanGrrrl Romance Recs will then send an Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) for you to sign and email back to us. Once the NDA is received, a separate email will be sent directly from events@fangrrrlromancerecs.com with all information submitted on this form and final confirmation of the commitment. This final confirmation email will include information regarding the Hilton room block at the venue.
Please note: the submission of this form along with NDA received constitutes commitment.
EVENT INFORMATION:
* Influencers chosen will have one FREE FanGrrrl VIP Attendee Ticket, in exchange for posting content ahead of time, as well as content during & after the event (more details below). You are responsible for your costs and expenses beyond the VIP Attendee Ticket we are providing.
* Maximum amount of tables = 116
* Maximum amount of attendees = 1,150
* There will be a room block with discounted rate of $179 + Discounted Hotel Fees & Taxes a night, and other hotel perks. Hilton has agreed to honor this rate 3 days before, during the event, and 3 days after the event dates.
* The hotel provides the following perks to anyone reserving a room within the group event room block and stays at the hotel as overnight guests:
– Guestroom high speed wireless internet access
– Shuttle transportation to/from the Disney World Theme Parks
– DVDNow Movie Rentals
– Two (2) 16 oz. Starbucks Coffees daily, redeemable at Mainstreet Market
– Two (2) 16.9 oz. bottled water (Nestle Pure Life) daily, redeemable at Mainstreet Market
– $5.00 discount on one attraction ticket sold at the concierge desk (coupons cannot be combined)
– 50% Discount on Self-Parking garage
– Venue is a Disney Resort with a pedestrian sky bridge to Disney Springs

1:30PM – 4:30PM: Afternoon “Fast Pass” Book Signing (max 500 attendees)
6:30PM – 7:30PM: Exclusive Cocktail Hour w/light appetizers & signature cocktail
8:00PM – 9:30PM: Authors Panel (max 630 attendees)
~ Informal “after author panel” drinks at hotel bar, not sponsored by FanGrrrl Romance Recs
Saturday:
Registration all day
9:00AM – 12:00PM: Morning Book Signing (max 1,150 attendees)
9:00AM – 12:00PM: Small sessions (TBD, potentially sponsor events or LIVE Interviews)
12:00 PM – 2:00PM: Break w/Author Luncheon Buffet (two groups)
2:00PM – 6:00PM: Afternoon Book Signing (max 1,150 attendees)
2:00PM – 6:00PM: Small sessions (TBD, potentially sponsor events or LIVE Interviews)
8:00PM – 12:00AM: Late Evening Ball/After Party – light appetizers & cash bar, theme TBD (max 800 attendees)
TABLE INFORMATION:
– One 6 ft table in 8 x 10 space will serve as an Influencer “hub” for all VIP Influencers, as the assumption is influencers will not be stationary throughout the book signing

OUR EXPECTATIONS IF CHOSEN:
– First and foremost, any influencer affiliated with
FanGrrrl Romance Recs Premier Book Signings
must encompass the FanGrrrl brand… friendly, positive book enthusiasts who love to FanGrrrl over authors and books! If at any time FanGrrrl Romance Recs finds that the Influencer does not uphold these principles, FanGrrrl Romance Recs reserves the right to retract the VIP Influencer Invitation.
– At a minimum, three types of content shall be posted by the Influencer:
1) Pre-Event Content
2) In-flight Event Content
3) Post-Event Content
* We will provide you with graphics, required hashtags, and a collection of information that is official & public for you to share. We also will provide you a list of any authors who do not wish to be approached, filmed, or photographed.*
Pre-Event Content shall post at least twice per month leading up to the event (from the time of the commitment). This type of content consists of the following information:
Ticket Information – when tickets go on-sale, types of attendee ticket tiers, cost of tickets, etc.
Event Activity Information – information regarding events such as Fast-Burn Signing, General Signing, Cocktail Hour, Author’s Panel, Small Sessions (TBD), and Ball/After Party (Theme TBD))
Signing Authors Information – who is signing with us, what books they write, etc.
FanGrrrl Romance Recs Socials & History – approved & official information regarding FanGrrrl Romance Recs, as well as where to follow us (TikTok, Insta, FB Page, FB Groups, Website)
Overall Hype & Buzz – the overall purpose and goal of the VIP Influencer is to promote engagement & awareness for the event
In-flight Event Content shall post at least three times over the days of the event itself. This type of content may include:
Event Walk-Abouts – filming content to show the signings, Cocktail Hour, Authors Panel, Ball/After Party, and/or any other events sponsored by FanGrrrl Romance Recs
Author, Narrator, and/or Model Interviews – interviews may occur with permission first from the interviewee; however, longer interviews that result in the signing author being away from their table (for longer than 20 minutes, for example) must receive prior-approval from FanGrrrl Romance Recs (for coordination & interviewee permission purposes)
LIVES – we would love for you to “go-live” during the event if you are able & comfortable! This could serve as one of the three posts, as long as the LIVE can be posted after the fact.
Post-Event Content shall post within one week after the event. This type of content includes:
Epilogue – we would absolutely love to hear what you loved about the signing in a final event farewell post!
Please note: we want you to be you! That’s why we selected you! So although it’s important to promote the signing, it’s equally as important for you to do what you do best… provide content that your followers love! We hope this is win-win, with lots of great synergy; as you help raise awareness for our amazing event, our event can also help grow your following 💗.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel your attendance to the event, please let us know immediately so that we can contact one of the influencers on our waitlist. No refund is necessary, as no funds are exchanged. However, VIP Influencer Invitations (i.e., FREE VIP Attendee ticket) are non-transferrable and we will require the return of the VIP Attendee ticket. ting content ahead of time, as well as content during & after the event (more details below). *You are responsible for your costs and expenses beyond the VIP Attendee Ticket FanGrrrl Romance Recs is providing.*
All of the FanGrrrl Romance Recs events and engagements are governed by Florida law.
